ZodiacDNA provides astrology calculations and interpretations, horoscopes, Vastu guidance and traditional remedies for personal information and entertainment. Content is based on traditional Jyotish principles and is not a scientific or professional assessment.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be 18 or older, or use the service under a guardian’s supervision. Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account. Give accurate information.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not copy, scrape or resell our content or reports in bulk.
- Do not enter another person’s birth details without their permission.
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security or interfere with other users.
4. No professional advice
Nothing on ZodiacDNA is medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice. Do not delay or stop treatment, or make major financial, legal or relationship decisions, based only on astrology. See our Disclaimer.
5. Intellectual property
The website, design, text, illustrations and software belong to ZodiacDNA or its licensors. You may save or print your own report for personal, non-commercial use.
6. Paid services
If we offer paid reports or consultations, prices and what is included will be shown before you pay. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, ZodiacDNA is not liable for any indirect loss or for decisions you make based on its content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend accounts that break these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
