The free Kundli, horoscopes, Vastu, gemstone and remedy pages are free of charge. This policy applies if and when paid services are offered.
1. Digital reports
- Because a report is generated instantly, it cannot be cancelled once delivered.
- If a report was not delivered, failed technically, or you were charged twice, write to us within 7 days for a full refund.
- If you entered wrong birth details, we will regenerate the report once at no cost.
2. Consultations
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the slot for a full refund, or reschedule free of charge once.
- Cancellations within 24 hours or missed sessions are not refundable.
- If the astrologer cancels, you get a full refund or a new slot, as you prefer.
3. Subscriptions
You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Partial periods are not refunded unless required by law.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
